Do I have to assemble the shelving units?

Some self-assembly will be required for the frames. We ship our products flat packed and our simple design means assembly is very easy.
For the .frame and .frame classic you will receive four beams. Assembly is simply attaching the short beams to the top and bottom of the taller beams and your frame is ready to be fixed to the wall.

How do I attach the shelving units to a wall?

The shelving units are attached to a wall using steel fixtures which are supplied with each frame. We supply paper templates to help guide you with the drilling. Simply drill the solid oak beams onto your wall and you'll be ready to add on your storage accessories.

How do I order the shelving units?

We have three shelving systems named the .frame, the .frame classic and the .system. Each of these products provide you with the option to buy either a pre-configured frame with a selection of components or to buy a frame only and to choose your own storage add-ons.

How long will delivery take? Do you hold stock?

We hold a limited quantity of product in stock. Where a product is not available, we aim to ship smaller products/add-ons within 7 working days and frames within 14 working days.

Our frames are hand-crafted and we take care and time to maintain the high level of quality expected by our customers.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on weight of the products ordered and your location and charges are displayed at checkout. We send all our shipments tracked where possible.

What if I want to return my product?

If the product is faulty

We quality check every item before it is shipped, however, in the unlikely event you discover a fault with one of our products, please contact us with more information so we can advise on how to return the item

If you have changed your mind

If you have changed your mind about one of our products, please contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please note we can only accept or refund items returned to us in a resalable condition.
