How do I order the shelving units?

We have three shelving systems named the dot frame, the dot frame classic and the dot system. Each of these products provide you with the option to buy either a pre-configured frame with a selection of components or to buy a frame only and to choose your own storage add-ons.

Do I have to assemble the shelving units?

Some self-assembly will be required. 

For the Dot Frame and Dot Frame Classic you will receive a ready assembled frame. For the Dot System you will receive individual beams. 

Assembly simply consists of drilling the steel fixtures into a wall and then slotting the frame or beam on to the steel fixtures and securing it. 

After the frames are in place you can add on your accessories such as shelves, pegs, cork boards etc. 

How do I attach the shelving units to a wall?

The shelving units are attached to a wall using steel fixtures which are supplied with each frame. We supply paper templates to help guide you with the drilling. 

How long will delivery take? Do you hold stock?

We hold a limited quantity of product in stock. 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Our frames are hand-crafted and we take care and time to maintain the high level of quality expected by our customers.

If you require expedited delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on weight of the products ordered and your location. Shipping is calculated & displayed at checkout.

Alternatively, you can calculate your delivery costs by adding your products to basket. In the basket click or tap on the calculate shipping link (see image below). This will expand the form to request basic delivery information.

What if I want to return my product?

If the product is faulty

We quality check every item before it is shipped, however, in the unlikely event you discover a fault with one of our products, please contact us with more information so we can advise on how to return the item

If you have changed your mind

If you have changed your mind about one of our products, please contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please note we can only accept or refund items returned to us in a resalable condition.
